Course Synopsis

Curious how others can resist unhealthy food and reverse chronic illnesses such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and chronic fatigue? Discover how you can strategically sustain exceptional health through nutrition by understanding your psychological and evolutionary relationship to food and health impacting behaviours. Learn how to navigate the confusion around which diet to follow; what to avoid and most importantly, how to adequately nourish yourself. Discover how emotions affect your health and what is health psychology so you can effectively adopt tactical actions towards your goals.

Who Should Attend

Mature adults who :

  • are concern about any of the 3 highs: High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure and High Blood Sugar

  • are keen to gain clarity on how to optimise good health

  • knows the importance of boosting their immune system

  • have tried various supplements and/or other forms of health advice but yet to see much improvements in their health outcomes

Course Duration

  • 9 hours (1.5h x 6 sessions)

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 3.30pm to 5pm

Mode of Assessment

An online post-course assessment of 10 MCQ questions on the knowledge and concepts covered in the program

Project based segment to assess and deepen participants’ knowledge and practice
