Emotional Intelligence: The Foundation of Good Health and Well-Being

Join us on the 14th of January 2021 at 8pm on Zoom for a one-off session on emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is key for healthy living and it is a skill that everyone should have. The session will be led by Ms. Juliana Johan, a gerontologist, Happy For No Reason Trainer and a Rapid Transformational Coach. In this session, participants will learn more about emotional intelligence, such as its importance in our daily lives and its benefits.
